About the Role
As a Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our arcade running smoothly and ensuring our guests have the best possible experience. You'll be part of our Technical Team, maintaining gaming machines, responding to technical issues, and helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical issues on the arcade floor.
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on gaming machines.
- Refill machines and replenish tickets and other consumables.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist guests when needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the arcade.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Contract
- Full-Time
- Fixed-Term Contract
Rates of Pay
- £11.00 per hour – Ages 18–20.
- £12.71 per hour – Ages 21 and over.
