Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: 1 July 2026 – 31 August 2026 (inclusive)
1. The Promotion
1.1 Coral Island Blackpool of South Promenade, Blackpool, FY4 1BB (“Coral Island”, “we”, “us”, the “Promoter”) is running an app-based summer promotion (the “Promotion”) offering eligible Coral Island app users (a) ten (10) free plays on the designated Fantasy Store grabber crane machines located at the family entertainment centre entrance (opposite the McDonald’s concession), and (b) a selection of daily in-venue vouchers, as described in these terms.
1.2 The Promotion valid from 1st July 2026 at 9:00am to 00:00 31st August 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
1.3 The Promotion is open to new and existing Coral Island app users, subject to the eligibility requirements in clause 2.
1.4 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not participate.
1.5 All offers are subject to availability and to these terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To participate you must hold a valid, registered Coral Island app account, held in accordance with the app’s terms of use. The open offers (the free grabber crane offer and the non-age-restricted vouchers) are available to all registered app users.
2.2 Each person may hold and use one app account only for the purposes of the Promotion. We may refuse, withhold, void, or reclaim any benefit obtained through duplicate, fraudulent, or multiple accounts operated by or for the same person.
2.3 Certain offers are restricted to customers aged 18 or over and are available only to Verified Customers. A “Verified Customer” is a registered app user whose age has been confirmed as 18 or over, in person, by a member of Coral Island staff in the Adult Gaming Centre (AGC) or Bingo, on production of valid photographic ID, and whose verified status has been recorded against their app account. Once verified, a customer may access all offers, including age-restricted offers, for the remainder of the Promotion Period (see clause 7).
2.4 Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate household are excluded from the Promotion. “Immediate household” means any person living at the same address as the employee.
3. The Free Grabber Crane Offer
3.1 Each eligible app user may claim ten (10) free plays on the designated Fantasy Store grabber crane machines at the family entertainment centre entrance (opposite the McDonald’s concession).
3.2 This offer may be claimed once only per app user during the Promotion Period and is non-repeating.
3.3 The free plays are issued on a printed ticket and are valid only on the date printed on that ticket. All ten plays must be used in a single visit on that date. Any unused plays will be forfeited and have no value. Tickets presented on any other date will not be honoured.
3.4 Free plays may be claimed and used only between 11:00 and 18:00 on the valid date. Printing arrangements are set out in clause 5.
3.5 The free plays have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
3.6 Play, prizes, and prize availability are subject to the normal operation of the machines and to stock. Prizes are not guaranteed and vary by machine. If a machine malfunctions during a free play, our staff may at their discretion transfer the play to another machine; we are not otherwise obliged to replace a play.
4. Daily Voucher Offers
4.1 One voucher is made available (“pushed”) to eligible app users through the Coral Island app on each day of the Promotion Period. The voucher offer varies from day to day and will fall within one of the categories below. The voucher available on any given day is determined by us and cannot be selected, substituted, or exchanged.
4.2 Age-restricted voucher categories are available only to Verified Customers (see clauses 2.3 and 7).
4.3 The voucher categories are:
(a) Buccaneer (family restaurant)
- 15% off food purchases at Buccaneer (food only; the discount does not apply to drinks).
- No minimum spend required
(b) Chip Shops – Traditional Chippy, Big Fish & Prom Chippy
- One free side portion (mushy peas, baked beans, curry sauce, or gravy) when an adult fish & chips is purchased at Traditional Chippy, Big Fish, or Prom Chippy.
(c) Virtual Darts (Verified Customers, 18+ only)
- Available only to Verified Customers (see clause 7).
- £5.00 off a Virtual Darts session.
- Valid on bookings for a minimum of four (4) players.
- One voucher per session/transaction.
- Staff may ask to confirm your Verified Customer status or re-check your photographic ID.
(d) Prize Shop
- £5.00 off a Prize Shop purchase of £25.00 or more.
- Valid on cash-priced (£) items only; not valid on token- or credit-based transactions.
(e) Playcards
- £5.00 extra credit when you load £30.00 or more onto a playcard in a single transaction.
- Redeemable at the designated Embed terminals inside the family entertainment centre.
5. Voucher Validity & Redemption
5.1 Each daily voucher is valid only on the date it is issued. Vouchers cannot be carried over, saved, or used on any other date.
5.2 Vouchers and free-play tickets must be collected and printed at the designated print point between 11:00 and 18:00. Outside these hours the print option is withdrawn and no alternative is available.
5.3 Vouchers must be printed to be used. Digital or screenshot vouchers are not accepted.
5.4 Printed vouchers must be presented and redeemed at the designated redemption point for the relevant offer, on the date of issue, before the relevant outlet closes.
5.5 The print point is normally staffed daily from 11:00 to 18:00. These hours may change; where reasonably practicable we will give notice via the app or at the venue.
5.6 Each voucher may be redeemed once only. Once redeemed, a voucher is retained by us and cannot be reused.
5.7 Vouchers are personal to the app user to whom they are issued and are non-transferable.
5.8 Lost, deleted, or unprinted vouchers are the customer’s responsibility and will not be replaced or reissued.
6. Restrictions
6.1 Only one voucher may be redeemed per transaction, and only one voucher per person per day. Vouchers belonging to different customers cannot be combined in a single transaction.
6.2 Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
6.3 There is no cash alternative to any voucher or free-play benefit, and no change will be given on any voucher transaction.
6.4 Vouchers and free plays may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, or transferred to any third party.
6.5 We may refuse to issue or redeem any voucher or free play where we reasonably suspect misuse, tampering, fraud, or breach of these terms.
7. Age Verification and Verified Customer Status
7.1 Some offers are restricted to customers aged 18 or over. These offers are available only to Verified Customers, and this Promotion does not modify, waive, or override any statutory age restriction.
7.2 To become a Verified Customer, please visit the Adult Gaming Centre (AGC) or Bingo and ask a member of staff to verify your age. You will need to produce valid photographic ID showing that you are aged 18 or over, in line with the venue’s standard age-verification policy. Once your age is verified, your app account is marked as verified and you can access all offers, including age-restricted offers, for the remainder of the Promotion Period.
7.3 We may ask to see valid photographic ID again at the point of redemption, and we may refuse access to, or redemption of, any age-restricted offer where Verified Customer status or a customer’s age cannot be confirmed.
7.4 We manage communications about age-restricted offers responsibly and may direct or restrict them where appropriate.
8. Promoter’s Rights
8.1 We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion, or amend these terms, at any time for genuine operational, legal, or commercial reasons (for example, technical problems, supply issues, or changes in the law). Where we do so, we will not cancel vouchers or free plays that have already been validly issued, except where required for legal reasons or in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
8.2 Updated terms will be made available via the app and at the venue and apply from the date they are posted.
8.3 We will deal with any dispute about the Promotion or these terms reasonably and in good faith. Any decision we make under these terms is made acting reasonably and does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Liability
9.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, we are not liable for any failure or interruption of the app, the print point, the Embed terminals, the grabber machines, or any other system that prevents a voucher or free play from being received, printed, or redeemed.
9.3 Subject to clause 9.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Promotion is limited to the monetary value of the relevant voucher or, in the case of the grabber offer, to a replacement of the affected free play(s).
9.4 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion is processed by Coral Island Blackpool in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 Data is used for the administration and management of the Promotion and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes without the customer’s consent.
10.3 Where the app is used by customers under the age of 18, their personal data is handled in accordance with the additional protections for children’s data under UK data protection law, including the ICO’s Age Appropriate Design Code.
10.4 Our Privacy Policy, available via the app and at the venue, explains how to exercise your data protection rights.
11. Complaints and Contact
11.1 If you have a question or complaint about the Promotion, please contact Coral Island guest services at the venue or using the contact details provided in the app. We aim to resolve any complaint promptly and fairly.
12. General
12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
12.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
12.3 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

Coral Island Playcard Promotion
Overview
When you visit Coral Island between 25th May 2025 and 2nd Sept 2026 and purchase or top up a Playcard for £30 from our dedicated kiosks between the hours of 12pm and 8pm, you will receive £5 in promotional credits added to your balance.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Promotion starts at 12pm on 25th May 2025.
- Promotion ends at 8pm on 2nd Sept 2026.
- Promotion can only be redeemed between the hours of 10amm and 8pm.
- This promotion is open to all customers aged 18 or over, except employees of Coral Island, the parent Company, their families, agents or agencies and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion who are all precluded from participation.
- Purchased Playcards are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
- Promotional credit cannot be refunded, or transferred, and holds no cash value.
- To be eligible for the promotional credits and voucher offer, customers must purchase or top up a Playcard from the kiosks in Coral Island to the value of £30 between 12pm and 8pm on the promotional dates and £5 in credits will automatically be added to the card balance.
- Only those purchases or top ups of a £30 playcard made between 10am and 8pm on promotional days qualify for this offer. Purchases or top ups prior to or after these times are excluded.
- Customers must be over 18, and be age verified by a member of staff on site, in order to claim this offer.
- Offer is limited to one per customer per promotion.
- Promotional credits carry no cash value, are non-refundable and may not be redeemed at Change Machines or for prizes.
- Promotional credits cannot be redeemed against prize crane machines.
- In most cases, machine wins will result in points being automatically added to the customers Playcard balance, however dependant on the machine, paper tickets may instead be dispensed; these hold the same value at the Prize Shop.
- Only those games that are designed to issue tickets will be able to issue points onto the customers Playcard in their place.
- Playcards will be retained by Coral Island at the Prize Shop at the end of the customers visit.
- Any outstanding points or credits on the customers Playcard will be returned to the customer in the form of a prize ticket to the value of the outstanding balance. (The exchange rate for outstanding credits to tickets is: £1 per outstanding credit = 60 tickets).
- Playcard balance and or any promotional credits/offers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of first issue.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- On all permissible games, credits appropriate to the cost of play will be deducted from the customers Playcard.
- Where there is an insufficient balance on a customer Playcard to play a particular game, participation will not be permitted.
- The price to play will be displayed on each machine and may vary in value dependant on the type of machine/game.
- Coral Island accepts no liability for lost or stolen Playcards.
- Promotion subject to availability.
- The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
- The Promoters reserve the right to: (i) refuse to accept any Playcard/ticket if they appear to be defective, tampered with, misprinted, damaged, defaced, forged or reconstructed; (ii) void any game/ticket (and any prize if necessary) in the event misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms; (iii) amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific redemptions in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or (iv) terminate any redemptions where customers are subject to any barring or suspension.
- In the event of a machine malfunction, the game for that player will become void. If the malfunction of the machine can be resolved, then the effected player may be reimbursed at Management discretion.
- Any disputes must be raised immediately with a member of Management.
- Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Management will be final subject to the Company’s Complaints and Dispute Policy which is available upon request
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
- This promotion and any dispute in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.

Firstly, be honest with yourself and with others about your concerns and gambling habits. Taking responsibility and seeking help is vital to ensure that you, and those close to you are not negatively impacted by your gambling.
