CASINO DEALER/CROUPIER

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced casino dealer for our prestigious Casino.

We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills, a flexible approach to work and a minimum of 6 months experience of dealing on a live gaming floor. (We may consider applicants with less experience).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Setting up the betting tables.

To deal and maintain correct gaming procedures.

To maintain an important level of awareness of security, anti-money laundering and social responsibility requirements.

Report immediately to management any breach of the Gambling Act or company’s rules and regulations.

To deliver great customer service skills, creating a fun and social environment.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Previous experience in the gaming industry.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

Be able to work shift work and weekends.

The ability to think quickly and make fast mental calculations.

The ability to concentrate for prolonged periods of time.

The ability to handle complaints and demanding situations.

Possession of a current Personal Functional License.

MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK.

CONTRACT

Full time or Part time hours – up to 37.5 hours per week.

Shift work/Pro- rota.

RATE OF PAY

Rate of pay starting at £11.57 per hour.

Plus 20% extra after mid-night.
