Catering Operations Manager – Coral Island, Blackpool
Coral Island is one of Blackpool’s premier food and beverage destinations. Our catering operation includes a 300-seater family bar and restaurant, Captain Jack’s Bar & Grill, the vibrant and trendy Coral Harbour food hall, and four award-winning fish and chip shops.
We are seeking a Catering Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our award-winning, NFFF-accredited fish and chip shops, ensuring smooth running, high standards, and exceptional customer experiences.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role for someone confident managing a large operation, supporting a team of 20–30, and maintaining excellence across service, food quality, and customer experience.
