We’re currently looking for an ambitious individual to join our Bars and Catering team as a Deputy Catering Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in food and beverage who is ready to grow and progress within one of the busiest hospitality venues in the North West.

Job Description:
As Deputy Catering Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping manage the smooth operation of four of Blackpool’s busiest and award-winning fish and chip shops.

This fast-paced and customer-focused role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy hospitality environment, and has strong leadership skills.

The Role Involves:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of our four award-winning fish and chip shops.
  • Lead, manage, and support a team of around 20 staff, which includes Supervisors.
  • Report to the Senior Operations Manager.
  • Make sure we are consistently delivering high quality food using fresh ingredients.
  • Encourage and motivate the team to perform at their best.
  • Support the overall business goals.
  • Help drive any improvements.
  • Able to work flexible hours, which includes evenings and weekends.
  • Take a hands on approach and work closely with the team.
  • To step in where needed to help maintain fast, efficient and friendly service.

Person Specification:

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a management role within a busy hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge or experience working in a fish and chip operation.

  • A positive attitude.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
