DUTY OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for a Duty Operations Manager to help support and manage our new Coral Harbour food hall.

The Coral Harbour consists of Italian food, Asian food, Fish and Chips, pasta, hotdogs, burgers, chicken, ice-cream and Silvers Bar.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The job of a Duty Operations Manager is to ensure the smooth running of the business with the responsibility of around 15 plus staff and supervisors during the peak season.

The ability to remain focused while ensuring all staff are performing tasks in a professional and efficient manner is essential.

The role will require you to encourage, motivate, and inspire your team with good leadership skills.

As a manager you will be fully committed to supporting the core objectives of the business needs.

This role requires weekend and evening work, and is a fast-paced working environment.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Experience in a management or supervisory role within a busy and fast-paced environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Interact efficiently with all levels of the team.
• Provide an enthusiastic and committed approach with a great work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of both a team and independently.

• Full Time.

RATE OF PAY:

£14.50 per hour.
