We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fish & Chip Shop Supervisor to join our catering management team.

About the Role
- As a Fish & Chip Shop Supervisor, you'll support the Catering Management Team in the day-to-day operation of our four busy fish and chip shops.
- You will lead by example, helping to motivate the team while ensuring every customer receives excellent service and high-quality food.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a large team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Help organise daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and presentation.
- Train, coach and support team members to achieve their full potential.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and professional working environment.
- Work operationally alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly and efficient service during busy periods.
- Ensure company policies, food hygiene and health & safety standards are followed at all times.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A confident and approachable leader.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- An excellent communicator with strong people skills.
- Organised and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Committed to maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.
- Able to work independently whilst supporting the wider management team.
- Previous supervisory experience or experience working within a fast-paced catering or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.

Rate of Pay
