We are currently recruiting for a Fish and Chip Shop Supervisor to work in our three award-winning fish and chip shops!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The role will entail assisting the manager across our three thriving high-quality fish and chip shops, and working together to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- You will have the responsibility for helping lead a large team of staff during the peak season, so the ability to remain focused while ensuring all staff are performing tasks in a professional and efficient manner is essential.
- The role will require you to encourage, motivate, train and inspire the team.
- This will primarily be a ‘hands on’ position, and the successful candidate will be required to work operationally as and when required to assist in a speedy and efficient service for our customers.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A high-level of customer services skills.
- An enthusiastic and committed approach.
- A great work ethic.
- Ability to work well as both a team and independently.
- Previous experience of working in a supervisory role or fast-fast paced catering industry is desirable.
