Fish & Chip Shops Operations Manager
Coral Island is one of Blackpool's premier food and beverage destinations, home to four award-winning, NFFF-accredited Fish & Chip shops.
We are seeking an experienced Fish & Chip Operations Manager to lead our thriving operation, inspire a team of 20-30 colleagues, and ensure we continue to deliver the exceptional quality, service, and customer experience that our reputation is built upon.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of our award-winning fish & chip shops
- Uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, presentation and customer service
- Drive operational efficiency and consistency across the business
- Monitor performance and ensure all tasks are completed effectively
- Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to achieve business objectives
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach and lead by example
- Build a positive, professional and high-performing team culture
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in managing or leading within a busy, fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Previous experience within fish & chip shops would be advantageous but is not essential
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Contract
Salary
- £35,000 per annum
- Performance bonus
