With three indoor fish and chip shops and a dedicated takeaway, we are committed to serving consistently high-quality food to thousands of guests every week.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Fish Fryer to join our busy catering team.

About the Role
- As a Fish Fryer, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
- Working as part of an experienced team, you'll help ensure every portion is cooked to perfection and served with consistency.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain frying oil temperatures to ensure optimum food quality.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality batter throughout service.
- Cut, prepare and grade fish to company standards.
- Produce consistently high-quality food with excellent presentation.
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Work efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team.
- Assist with customer service when required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about producing high-quality food.
- Calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation.
- Reliable.
- Takes pride in their work.
- Previous experience working on a frying range or in a professional kitchen (is preferred but not essential).
