Coral Island is proud to be home to Blackpool’s first NFFF-accredited operation. We run three indoor fish and chip shops and a dedicated takeaway, delivering consistent quality on a large scale.

We are seeking an experienced Fish Fryer who takes pride in producing top quality fish and chips in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

• Monitoring and maintaining correct frying oil temperatures
• Preparing and maintaining high-quality batter
• Cutting and grading fish to company standards
• Ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
• Assisting with customer service when required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working on a frying range or from a chef background
• Strong team player with a calm approach under pressure
• High standards and attention to detail
• Passion for quality food

• Full-time

Rate of Pay:

• £13.00 per hour
