ROLE INTRODUCTION
Our business is seeking an experienced internal recruiter to join our busy team. This is an exciting opportunity reporting to the HR/Training & Recruitment Manager to help with recruitment and onboarding of team members across 8 business areas. To ensure success as an internal recruiter, you should have experience in hiring practices and be successful at matching people with distinct roles and positions. To understand the business' long-term goals and working culture and to hire the best possible candidates for our various exciting positions.
DUTIES AS AN INTERNAL RECRUITER TO INCLUDE:
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles across the business such as Family Entertainment, Gambling, Restaurants, Bars, Casino.
- IT Literate.
- Conducting interviews, screenings, and recommendation reports.
- Providing feedback on job applications.
- Compliance checks.
- Internal staffing requirement meetings.
- Publishing job opportunities using different recruiting platforms.
- Screen CV’s and conduct telephone and face to face interviews.
- Carry out general administration and filing.
- Support the HR, Training & Recruitment Manager with the induction and onboarding process for new starters.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Liaise with the management teams to understand current and future staffing requirements.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Recruitment experience is essential in leisure/food/bars.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer focused individual.
- Strong research skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, with excellent prioritisation, planning and time-management skills.
- IT literate, with confidence using recruitment systems, databases, and standard office software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team and with Managers.
- Proven experience in candidate screening, assessment, and interviewing.
