Maintenance Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will support the upkeep, repair, and smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across the site
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building work
- Complete routine inspections to identify faults, hazards, or wear and tear
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues
- Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Work alongside and assist external contractors when required
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of work carried out and materials used
About You
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role (preferred)
- Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and building systems
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong awareness of health & safety standards
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

Contract:
- Full-Time
- Permanent
- 40 hours increasing during peak times
- Weekend working
- Willing and available to work later in the high season and during school holidays periods
