We are looking for a Security Operative to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience in one of the UK's largest indoor family entertainment centres.

About the Role

As a Security Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests, colleagues and premises.

You will be a visible presence across the building, providing reassurance to customers, supporting the wider team, and helping maintain the friendly atmosphere that Coral Island is known for.

Your Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
• Open and close the building in line with company procedures.
• Provide a professional and approachable security presence throughout the venue.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, offering support and assistance when required.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist guests with any queries.
• Work closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
• Promote a positive, family-friendly atmosphere at all times.

Essential Requirements

• A valid SIA Licence.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.

Previous security experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Rate of Pay

• £13.50 per hour
