Coral Island is one of Blackpool's leading food and beverage destinations, serving thousands of guests every week across our award-winning catering outlets.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Chef to join the team at our Buccaneer Bar & Restaurant.

About the Role

As a Senior Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our kitchen, supporting the management team and helping to deliver consistently high standards of food quality, service and hygiene.

We prepare our food fresh on-site using high-quality ingredients and modern kitchen equipment, giving you everything you need to produce food you can be proud of.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality food to company standards.
• Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Lead by example and help supervise the kitchen team during service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Ensure excellent food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Assist with stock control, food preparation and kitchen organisation.
• Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential.

• Full-Time

Rate of Pay

• £15.00 per hour
