JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working within the Technical Department across the Arcade, the role involves:
- Dealing with front line technical issues for the customers.
- General machine repair.
- Machine refills and ticket replenishment.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining a high level of presentation in the area.
- Working as part of a team.
- Requires working in a customer facing environment.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Passionate, reliable and confident individual.
- Strive to go the extra mile whilst working as part of a successful team.
- Can deliver the best in customer service.
- A technical background is desirable for this role, but full training will be given.

CONTRACT:
- Full Time.
- Fixed-Term Contract.
RATES OF PAY:
- £11.00 for 18 to 20 year olds.
- £12.71 for 21 year olds and over.
